Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Arlington Concrete handles the information you share with us when you use this website, call us or ask for an estimate. We're a concrete contractor in Arlington, WA, and we pour driveways, patios, slabs and other flatwork for homeowners in Arlington and the cities around it.
It applies to every page on our site, from the home page to our service and city pages. If you want to know more about who we are before you read the rest, our About page has that.
What we collect through our contact form
When you fill out our estimate request form, we collect what you type into it. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a short description of the work, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio.
Our form is run by an outside form service, so your answers pass through that service before they reach us. We only ask for what we need to call you back and plan a site visit.
Calls, texts and emails
If you call or text us at (360) 474-2804 or email us, we keep your number or address and what you tell us about the job, so we don't have to ask you twice.
When we come out for an estimate, we may take notes, measurements and photos of the area we'd be working on. Those stay with your job record and help us price the work and plan the pour.
Analytics and cookies
Like most websites, ours may use basic analytics tools and cookies, small files your browser stores, to see how people find the site and which pages they read. This tells us things like how many visitors came from a search and whether a page loads well on a phone.
This information is general. It can include your browser type, device, rough location by city or region, the pages you visited and how long you stayed, but it isn't used to identify you by name.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features may not remember your choices.
How we use your information
We use what you share to answer your questions, schedule and give estimates, do the work you hire us for, send invoices and follow up after the job.
We use analytics information only to improve the website and see which pages help homeowners find what they need.
We won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for, and we don't sell your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when it's needed to get your job done or to run the business. That can include the form and website services that carry your request, the people on our crew who come out to your house, and the services we use for scheduling, invoicing and bookkeeping.
We'll also share information if the law requires it, such as for a court order or a tax record.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, stand behind it and keep the business and tax records the law asks us to keep.
If you asked for an estimate and didn't book, you can ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we have a legal reason to hold on to them. Analytics information is kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you other rights over your personal information. Tell us what you're asking for and we'll handle it, and we may need to confirm it's really you before we change or delete a record.
Children's information
This site is meant for adults planning work on their home. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the services we use change. The current version is always the one posted on this page, so check back here if you want to see what's changed.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (360) 474-2804 or reach us through our contact page.
Tell us what's on your mind and how to reach you, and Arlington Concrete will look into it and get back to you.
